Guest guest
I flushed last night in spite of the " Liver Flush Warning " . Did everything just as I had the last time as described on my web page, except did enema this am to get things moving instead of the Epsoms. I did experience my usual bouts of nausea, they were strongest from about 11:30 to 3 am then began to happen less frequently. I slept some after 4:30 or 5, and woke up at 7. Got up and felt very dizzy and nauseous. I had some juice and sucked on a mint (altoid), loved those when I' have a " tummy ache " . I could feel tenderness & twinging in the lower right back side, so went to bed again with some heat on my abdomon, and that seemed to calm things down and get things moving a bit. Results of enema so far show lots of sludge and small stuff, not all of it is floating, did a little " fishing " to get out the larger things and will keep doing that today and take a picture w/ my digital this time. Good idea to store in the freezer, btw, as the softer ones melt. So far in addition to all the sludge and tiny stones, there are about 10 worth fishing out, 2 of them are lumpy and appear to have white parts in them - calcium? They are a little harder than the other ones. I'm sure there's more to come, it's about 11:45 now and I'm feeling pretty good. It will take a week or so to know whether I need to do this again. By the way, math was never my thing :-) - the measurements people give, what is a cm, vs. a mm etc. when you size the stones. I have a couple nearing 1/2 inch - what is that in cm's or mm's or whatever (haha)?? L.
