Guest guest Posted November 8, 2009 Report Share Posted November 8, 2009 I made a soak of epsom salt, sea salt, and 4 oz of magensium oil in a bathtub full of hot water. I could hardly ente the tub due to the water temp being too hot, but not burning oneself. I forced myself to stay there for 25 minutes. After the time was over and i have dried myself, to my surprise i started to sweat so much for the next 20 minutes. I just drank lots of water. I hope i got rid of some toxins. Can anyone comment on the " cocktail " mentioned above? Did i put in too much magnesium? I did not have diarrhea.
