Guest guest
Kathy, there is a dietary or allergy component to each of the serious chronic health problems you named. It is very difficult for most cancers to grow when you are on a very restrictive diet. You might start with such a diet for at least a week. You could call it a hypoallergenic detox diet. You might consider a Breuss diet, a Brandt grape diet, or even an extremely strict macrobiotic diet. Perhaps you can winnow yourself away from many of the prescription meds that you probably use. While doing this you can consider your options. This can include some of the helpful suggestions from others on the list, e.g., Budwig, iodine, LDN, vitamin D, etc. None of these suggestions are harmful to try and for some they have the potential of really saving the day. It is a big challenge for you to deal with the lives and diets of eight other family members when your attention needs to be turned to yourself. I hope that you can find ways to put much of this on automatic so that you are not completely entrained. A VERY strong pattern of benefit comes through networking and association with others like yourself. You will find a few people on this list who would greatly enjoy your friendship for your mutual benefit. You might see that pattern already emerging. Good luck and thank you for sharing your story with the list. The general impression that I get when I read your post is that a full recovery from ALL your health problems is very possible for you. I hope you let your body's own healing mechanisms guide the way. Everyone here is rooting for you. At 02:21 PM 11/8/2009, you wrote: > > >I am new to this group and wanted to introduce myself.
