Hi everybody!

I'm new here, but am I glad I've found you... A lot of important

information!!

Has anyone here done liver & gallbladder flush after ByPass surgery?

I'm afraid because they changed the anatomy the flush won't succeed.

I did 3 flushed in my past. 2 before the surgery - it took around 600

stones out (together) and the attacks stopped. 1 after the bypass

surgery, but I also ate all along, at the end no stone came out, only

diarreah. I'm not sure why it failed, because of the bypass surgery

or because I ate...

Thanx in advance,!

Gal.

Ordinarily, bypass surgery is performed to aid in cardiac problems. Are

you sure that you had it done to lose weight?

Hi Gal,

Welcome!

If you ate fat the day of the flush, especially if you ate it after 2:00 pm,

that's why you didn't get out any gall stones. You didn't have any bile

pressure built up with which to push out the stones. Incidentally, if you

are taking supplements or other drugs that you can do without (your

prescriptions should not be skipped for this purpose), you may want to

consider stopping those the day of the flush too.

Dr. Hulda says:

" Choose a day like Saturday for the cleanse, since you will be able to rest

the next day. Take no medicines, vitamins or pills that you can do without;

they could prevent success. Stop the parasite program and kidney herbs, too,

the day before. Eat a no-fat breakfast and lunch such as cooked cereal,

fruit, fruit juice, bread and preserves or honey (no butter or milk). This

allows the bile to build up and develop pressure in the liver. Higher

pressure pushes out more stones " . " ...”Do not eat or drink after 2

o'clock”.

Gal;

I would say the eating had a lot to do with the failure of the flush, and I

can't see any reason for why it wouldn't work for someone having had a by-pass

surgery. The purpose of not eating before doing a flush is so that there would

be some buildup of bile to be dumped on the oil when the liver and gallbladder

get the signal that it's needing emulsified.

The liver produces up to 1 quart, or more, of bile a day. But the gallbladder

will remove the water from the bile to make a concentrated bile form that is

worth 10 to 20 ounces of bile direct from the liver. So this makes the

production actually a bit higher because of the processing of the bile to make a

concentrated amount.

The one prime thing we who are dealing with liver and gallbladder problems want

to keep in mind is that we want bile production that is of a higher quality than

we'd been producing in the past. To do this we eat food that helps the liver and

in turn helps it produce quality bile.

One of the best supplements for this purpose is lecithin since it helps the bile

by keeping the cholesterol emulsified and in suspension. It does this much the

same way as a quality dish detergent does with fats from dishes and pans. When a

cheaper quality is used compared to a higher quality there is less need for

changing the water as often, if ever, during one meal's cleaning. Lecithin can

do a liver and gallbladder a lot of good.

Thanx! I'm now preparing myself mentally to fast, cause I'm used to

eat every 2-3 hours.

This explanation helps.
