Guest guest
Our liver needs fat, but its the kind of fat that is important. It likes olive oil, and olive oil helps to oxygenate the body, and the liver also needs essential fatty acids, correct me if you think I am wrong , but flax seed oil in moderation can also help the liver and of course the rest of the body. Its the saturated animals fats that can cause problems and dairy products. So you do not have to go low fat, which is not healthy for anyone!! Guest guest
That's right, Anne. One fat that everyone should eliminate, especially those with gall bladder troubles is hydrogenated fat such as margerine. Eliminating the good fat is the cause of problems.
