Guest guest
Ray...The next time, shake together 1/2 cup lemon juice, 1/2 cup oil if you can't get ahold of fresh grapefruit, it works just as well if you combine the two and goes down a lot " easier " , still kinda yucky, though :-) L. Guest guest
hello, bacteria in the stomach causes the rejection of the lemon juice.Try fennel or tumeric or lugol's iodine.Read Dr.H.'s book the cure for all diseases-first Weisling <fire.mountain@...> wrote:I did my first flush using the Relfe method/recipe. I was unable to get past the halfway mark in downing the oil & lemon juice. I had no problem with the oil (don't mind the taste) but the lemon juice was very strong and I started to get a severe heartburn type of feeling. Guest guest
Radonna, Thanks for the tips and sharing your experience. I also can't agree more thatif someone is facing surgery, the short-term discomfort of a few cleanses as an alternative is much better than the knife and the long healing process. Also thanks to , Jasmina and Alan for their replies. If I have to go back to Relfe I will try some of the suggestions given. >bacteria in the stomach causes the rejection of the lemon juice.Try >fennel or tumeric or lugol's iodine.Read Dr.H.'s book the cure >for all diseases-first I didn't see that in 's book, missed it. ly the organisation of the book is not great and the index is nearly useless. That makes it hard to find things. But still great information. (Sorry to be critical, but a good index is very important.)
