You are talking about cooked fat and cooked protein being bad... yes, they are truly bad. The operative word is COOKED. Try switching to RAW fat, and RAW animal protein. RAW fat will cleanse your body and fuel your body cleanly. RAW fat is recommended vs carbohydrates... switching to RAW fat for fueling your body.
