Guest guest
I was sitting at lunch at a Christmas get together and I noticed a man talking to me about gallbladder cleansing even though none showed up on an ultrasound(gallstones). This man has some problem with psychosomatic illnesses. But what he told me about the cleanse he did with the epson salts and grapefruit juice was portrayed as extremely painful and it would be best if you had some sort of pain or sleep meds to sleep it off. How painful is a cleanse? Please be honest here. This man did not find anything afer his cleanse so it seems as though he went through a lot of suffering for nothing. The recipe you describe is basically the Hulda one, and she says in " The Cure for All Disease " that it is safe and never painful, but it can make you feel ill if the kidney and parasite programme is not followed first. I also doubt that anyone would not pass something detrimental, even if not lumpy stones. recommends Ornithine to help you sleep through the night when you do it. Others here may have first-hand experience to share. I have only done the Relfe cleanse, the one is coming in a week or so. Ray
Guest guest
I have done the flush 3 times. I had NO pain but I did have nausea. If you take orthine with the olive oil you will probably sleep most of the night. I was a little weak too but no real pain. Janice >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Janice; There are very few reports of the gallbladder flush being a painful process. It may not be comfortable but that is a bit different from painful. I have a picture posted at the online site's Files that shows some fairly large stones I passed quite painlessly. The person of whom you are speaking sounds to me like someone that just talks to hear himself talk and will talk out his........well ask me and I'll tell you no lie...........to show some sort of educated pretense. As for myself, I've not had a gallbladder, or liver, attack for over three years now. I do a flush a bit different than most do on this group. I found that taking around three to four ounces of oil mixed with the same amount of grapefruit, two to three hours before a colonic will get out a good number of stones without waiting out the night. I have often had a stone or two show up in the next day's BM after doing this process as well as seeing them flow by towards the end of a session. It's not too hard to distinguish the stones from the fecal matter because of the way it rides high in the view tube while fecal matter will be suspended or roll along the bottom. It sounds to me like you got the wrong input of which can have a strong psychological effect regarding the doing of a flush. It can be compared to the adage of being told something about a law of which doesn't exist yet people believe it does because they want it to exist or simply haven't checked it out to find whether it does in fact exist. Fear mongering is a great tactic for getting people to do or not to do what someone else wants. You will simply have to make decisions for yourself as to the effectiveness and ease of doing a liver and gallbladder flush. From my side of the street it has proven to be a gallbladder saver. How about none? You're having to answer that same old baloney put out by the Surgeon's Relief Society whereby they try to scare people. From my side of the street it >has proven to be a gallbladder saver. Actually, a flush can be a lifesaver. I wonder why people are afraid of taking an amount of fat that is about equal to what they stuffed in their gut at the Thanksgiving table. All that happens during a flush is that the oil comes all at once and triggers a congested gallbladder into burping out some garbage stones. I'm constantly amazed at the people who will let some chopper slice up their insides---with FULL KNOWN risk of death---and who yet quivver with fear about drinking some oil. Keep up your good work, Dale. Regards, Rex Harrill (who narrowly escaped from 3 surgeons with his inflamed gallbladder intact almost 5 years ago---thanks, Hulda!) Guest guest
Janice, I was scheduled for surgery to remove my gallbladder a few weeks ago when I heard about a method to flush the gallstones out. I have not seen this method on this discussion board so far but I experienced no pain and no nausea. I drank 1 quart of apple juice per day with 90 drops of ortho-phosphoric acid (sometimes sold as " Phosfood " in health food type pharmacies) added to it for 5 days. on the fifth day, before going to bed and 3 hours after eating, I drank a mixture of 1 cup extra virgin olive oil, the juice from 1 lemon, and 1 cup of Coca Cola. I stirred the concoction thoroughly, drank half of it, stirred again and drank the rest. I went to bed immediately and lay on my right side with knees held to chest for 30 minutes. I felt no nausea or pain during the night and passed many gallstones the next morning. Guest guest
Interesting idea with the coca-cola, I may give that one a go...will add to the flavor. It does have caffeine, however, so may keep me awake, but I'm one of those ones that usually has nausea as stones are passing, so don't sleep well anyway. Sounds almost yummy, but maybe that's a bit of a stretch :-) L. Guest guest
How often should cleanses be done? Do you ever have to do more than one right after another to make sure that your gallbladder and liver are totally clean? in CA
