What is this Coptis and Curcuma? Would it be smart to have those on

hand just in case? I dont beleive I ever heard of them.

What is Coptis? Cucurma? Where do you get it? I have a large stone

that I can't get out and if I could I would be pain free. There are

times that I can feel it. It feels about the size of a quarter. May

not be but sure feels that big. Please reply to me. Thanks
