Guest guest
I don't see a problem, but I might tell you something different 200 years from now. _____ From: [mailto: ] On Behalf Of robyn howell Sent: Thursday, March 17, 2011 5:19 PM Subject: RE: [ ] , budwig & graviola , Do you think graviola and budwig work against each other? Guest guest
Robyn, I didn't know this before reading Ty Bollinger's book but graviola is NOT recommended with Budwig, because of different effects on ATP (adenosine triphosphate) mechanism. I realize nobody asked me and don't mean to rock the boat, just sharing something new I myself recently learned. ( I am using the flax oil myself though not the full Budwig protocol and I myself have quit graviola because of the flax oil.)
Guest guest
I have been taking abouit 4500mg of graviola since November and I started getting dizzy spells. I googled it and saw that patients who are taking high blood pressure meds should not take graviola. It lowers blood pressure and pulse. My blood pressure was not low, but my pulse was low, so I stopped, and the dizzy spells are better. I also read that there are indications that it can cause symptoms like palsy, so should not be taken continously, as it can cause nerve damage. Anyway, I have stopped taking graviola. Paw paw is suppose to be much better than graviola for cancer. Dick
Guest guest
I am no expert but my ND who is a master herbalist and phytopharmacologist has me on budwig and a herbal mix (liquid) that contains graviola and mistletoe along with other stuff. I am progressing well and will have scans in June to know for sure.
Guest guest
Isaynoca, You are quite right. I, too, will become an alarmist. I can start attacking all conventional medicine, rehash Warburg and other dated thinkers, selectively pick scientistic factoids to entertain all the adrenaline junkies, and start selling tons of books. You what??!! You ate an apple with an orange?? Don't you know anything about the P-450 oxygenases? Do you realize what you have done to destroy your liver, yourself, and maybe even to the whole human race ?? I think you have doomed us all unless you buy my book. _____ From: [mailto: ] On Behalf Of isaynoca Sent: Thursday, March 17, 2011 9:20 PM Subject: [ ] Re: , budwig & graviola Robyn, I didn't know this before reading Ty Bollinger's book but graviola is NOT recommended with Budwig, because of different effects on ATP (adenosine triphosphate) mechanism. Guest guest
: What the heck?! You're flaming me for sharing info?! What's wrong with you?! Learning from others in order to recover our health is why we are all here, isn't it? I am able to admit I can still learn new things, (despite my long and competent personal use of nutritional science). I'd hope none of us is too proud to be able to learn new information, . I certainly have NO economic interest in the Bollinger book... here's the statement it makes about graviola and Budwig, by the way... " Please be aware that if you are on the Budwig Diet, you should not take Protocel™, since it works in the opposite manner. Also, do not take any product with Paw Paw or Graviola since these plants lower ATP and may offset the Budwig Diet. " From: Isaynoca, You are quite right. I, too, will become an alarmist.
