I was researching for a friend who had ascites. I spoke to Pamela McDougal and

she said something called MAP which is a protein that does not excrete nitrogen.

Something like that. Anyway, it may be hope for her.

I would refer her to Dr. ' office immediately. Although, it may be too

late, ascites makes it impossible to take supplements. If you are close to New

York city there a Dr. was referred to me by Pamela McDougal and she has a

clinic that helps cancer patients and she would get your friend back on her feet

so she could get to Dr. quickly.

Dr. has me do a liver flush every month which clears on the gallstones.

I have passed a few the second time I did it so I know it works. That would not

be something she could do though until she was more stable.

Good luck, I hope the chemo works. If the chemo could just cut back the

ascites, which it might do, get her to Dr. G immediately after.

I had ascites and had it drained. Began returning the very next day. I saw

energy healer Kurt , then had it drained again. Stayed gone for 2

years. ;)

I did Immunocal , graviola, ozone,PEMF  and more.

But I have a friend that had stage 4 prostate cancer and they said he was

terminal.

He did the Vit C and some other vitamins via IV and is now cancer free also.

I have a friend (62 year old female) who recently (6 months ago) was diagnosed

with Colon ca. Interestingly, she has numerous gallstones (interesting because

the literature suggests an association betw gallbladder disease and colon

cancer). Strict vegan for many years and very much into supplementation of a

variety of herbal/vitamin formuations, she is now stage IV with ascites

(increasingly weak, with protein loss from fluid drainage). She has decided to

finally submit to chemo. My concern is that she is failing rapidly and needs

more than chemo to stabilize her disease.

Has anyone experience with this (colon ca w/ ascites)? Iscador? IV vitamin C?

I note that the oxidized form of vitamin C + B12 has been used in animals. Any

known success with humans? Although dehydroascorbic is sold OTC, it is quite

expensive. Any less expensive solution?

Cancer Lett. 2008 May 18;263(2):164-9. Epub 2008 Apr 2.

Dehydroascorbic acid as an anti-cancer agent.
