I've gone back in the archives for pain relief during an attack, but

can't find exact details of what to do. Here's what I've found.

- The castor oil pack is also good for use during times when there is

pain from the liver/gallbladder area. It sooths them with the warmth

from the hot water bottle and the oil is also absorbed and used much

the same as any other EFA.

- One thing that has toned down my pain and discomfort is drinking

small doses of Epsom salts. They calm me quite a bit..

Also try reading msg # 11492 and msg # 11467.

It boils down to ...... do not eat foods that stimulate the

gallbladder (ex. beets, nuts, cabbage ) and try a small amount of

epsom salts to relax muscles/tissues.

Good luck!
