Guest guest
I've gone back in the archives for pain relief during an attack, but can't find exact details of what to do. Here's what I've found. - The castor oil pack is also good for use during times when there is pain from the liver/gallbladder area. It sooths them with the warmth from the hot water bottle and the oil is also absorbed and used much the same as any other EFA. .......posted by Dale , msg # 6018. - One thing that has toned down my pain and discomfort is drinking small doses of Epsom salts. They calm me quite a bit.. ...... posted by Jullian, msg 6022. Also try reading msg # 11492 and msg # 11467. It boils down to ...... do not eat foods that stimulate the gallbladder (ex. beets, nuts, cabbage ) and try a small amount of epsom salts to relax muscles/tissues. Good luck! ~Suzanne > My right side is killing me. what should I do.
