Guest guest
candida and many chronic bacteria are bioflim illnesses. Many cannot absorb the nutrients in a raw diet because their gut wall is so diseased. That has to heal first. There is no one size fits all - Raw has produced some amazing recoveries but it didnt do it for me b/c I cannot process it. ( Yet....Lost of opinions on this - I think some of it is swayed by environmental nazis versus being based in science....its worth exploring - Id prefer it if I coudl do it but I cannot. Guest guest
curious... one thing that I wanted to know was the amount of time it takes for the body to renew itself. I have yet to confirm these numbers, but this is what I have come to understand so far. the body takes about 3months to completely renew/replace ALL skin cells of the body; it takes about 6mo's to renew skin; it takes about 3yrs to renew bones... the reason i found this important was that it gave me an idea how long I should be more rigid/strict about a nutritional diet (i.e., raw/vegan/pH/GF) before I can expect to see results in whatever part of my body that will " renew " itself. so my question to you about candida and bacteria in your system... what have you done to address them and how long were you at it (diet-wise and supplement-wise) before you stopped your " system of attack? " I am coming to believe 3mo's should be minimum to make any dent or to at least judge effectiveness of a health apporach (i.e., diet/supplement). of course, this should be considered allllll while we are exercising, resting, eliminating optimally at the root level. could you do a vegan and 60-70% raw approach w/low carbs for a 2-3mo period with supplements in the beginning to lower candida?
