Guest guest
others may tell you better but i think if you have a lot of sensitivities and allergy problems it could be in part at least to livier function or toxicity. So you may want to look into that area first. I know Immunocal makes your own body make glutathione and it is a master antioxidant and detoxifier. In some states medicare or insurance even pays for it. Go to youtube and search immunocal. It is also in your dr's Physcians desk reference " PDR. Dennis Greetings, Is there anyone else on this list that has Multiple Chemical Sensitivities and Cancer? Anyone with multiple drug/herb allergies? Is there anyone who understands how to treat cancer naturally by using an elimination type of introduction of supplements/enzymes? -- Bright Blessings, Garth & Kim
Guest guest
Greetings, I can guarantee my doctor would not want me to take any drug I can survive without. She doesn't need to add to my list. MCS is an overloaded immune system usually stemming from a severe exposure to toxins. My liver is perfect, from every test that has ever been run. I have no food allergies, no allergies to natural stuff like dirt, dogs and cats. I can take herbs, a bit at a time, never more than a few days running, or I develop a sensitivity to them. However, I am doing fine with pau d'arco tea, about two cups a day. Doctors offices, hospitals and generally any public place is a problem. Toxic cleaner, with scents, including masking scents that are in fragrance free products push my blood pressure. Dryer sheets and fragrances are my worst triggers. New doctors always want to treat me for high blood pressure, which I don't have. I only have it because they work in toxic surroundings. It is really hard to get good medical, but it is getting better as MCS is finally being recognized as real. What I need is to be able to add stuff, one ingredient at a time, give it a few weeks to make sure I can handle it, then add the next. This is making treatment a nightmare, needless to say. Guest guest
My notes on remedies for MCS (mostly from unreliable sources): UV blood irradiation (UVBI) (www.DrsUBI.com) mercury detox? Some MCS people are deficient in molybdenum. " Australian Bush Flower Essences combination called Electro essence. http://abfe-info.blogspot.com/ has notes on that combination " " ABFE Mulla-Mulla that is in Electro has been used treating children of Chernobyl with good success " For more info, www.physiologics.com/pages/healthnotes.aspx?languri=eng & org=nbty & ContentID=10060\ 05 www.immuneweb.org http://www.doctoryourself.com/mcs.html Multiple Chemical Sensitivity Referral & Resources (MCSRR); www.mcsrr.org Please email offlist any other good info you know on effective treatments for MCS. Guest guest
Greetings, I am on the immune list, it is very good. The biggest weapon against MCS is avoidance of triggers. I live in a very toxic free environment, so I stay very healthy, most of the time. But, the immune list is not concerned with cancer. Being in rural Texas, the doctors offices here do things like burn scented candles and use glade plug ins. These are not MCS friendly places to go. I have finally gotten rid of the two big forms of stress in my life, immigration/naturalization and an aberration in my husband that he is now dealing with. I am hoping that with the removal of major stress, I can now beat this cancer thing. However, most of the stuff talked about is supplements that are a combination of stuff. I need to be able to do one thing at a time, to make sure I am not sensitive to it. Dumping my immune system with my sensitivities is not going to help me cure myself of cancer.
