I don't know anything about Arimedex, but I think that

I3C (indole-3-carbinol) and DIM (diindolmethane, a derivative of I3C) are great

for healing cancer, particular breast, prostate, and ovarian.

No. In fact, being that the evidence is very ambiguous as to which is better, I

would TAKE BOTH.
