Guest guest
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Hello all. I have two books on liver cleanses, one by Xandria which takes 5 weeks and is a complete diet for cleansing and supporting the liver. The other is by s Moritz, it takes a few days to completed, and is based on olive oil, juice and epsom salts. My question is which is best? Has any one heard of Xandria 's Liver Detox Plan, and does it remove gall stones as successfully as the olive oil/juice/salt combination? Any help would be very gratefully received. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Megisuk; Both are good, but, Xandria ' program is, however, the one that you would want to keep even after having the stones removed by using a flush, and is a great precursor to doing a flush. http://www.alternative-healthzine.com/html/0106_1.html A diet of which is not a diet but a way of eating on a daily basis for the good of the gallbladder and liver's continued health makes the flush pale in necessity of which the olive oil, lemon juice, and epsom salts is purposed to do. You may want to also take note of Dr. Cabot's information available at http://www.liverdoctor.com This site is loaded with information on herbs and points you to her various books. I recommend the reading of " The Liver Cleansing Diet " as I believe its information has helped many, including myself, to keep a gallbladder of which a doctor has wanted to have removed. Guest guest
Hi, I went to see Xandria a few years ago. She is good and knows what she is talking about but she is a bit odd. I suffer from hypoglycemia and slightly low blood pressure, she gave me some liver cleaners and when i took them i almost fainted. When i told her all she said was " well all my other clients never had problems with is so i shouldn't change it! " . I don't like her that much but i don't know what her 5 week liver cleans intails. As for Moritz, i spoke to him for the first time a couple of weeks ago. He is very nice and he says he's been doing the liver cleanse with olive oil with at least 2000 people without side effects but Dr Cabot (liverdoctor) says not to do a livercleanse until you've done an ultrasound to check how large yoru gallstones are in case you rupture a bileduct. I wanted to do the livercleanse but personally i think it's too drastic for the system...Why don't you do the 5 week one and don't be so hard on your system.. It might not get rid of gallstones but will make them reduce in size over time. Can you let me know what it is. Kate >From: " megisuk " <megisuk@...> > >Hello all.
