Thank you Urban Shaman for your post.I have read " The China Study " a number of

years back.Your post has brought back all the good information rendered from

this book.

I have still to quit eating meat,( at my peril) but we do eat mostly

grass fed bison and organically grown chickens.

There is no doubt in my mind that the meat sold in North America, grown with

hormones to enhance growth,grain fed to add to the marble

fat,injected with antibiotics so the animals do not die from such diets are

simply not good for human consumption and contribute to the number of people who

have serious disease.
