Hi Mike,

There are a bunch of those juices out there. Goji, Acai, Mangosteen.

Do they work? I don't know, but they are rather expensive. I used a

juice called ViaViente and it didn't do anything for me because I'm

already a vegetarian raw foodist. I think that if you eat a pure diet,

you'll get all the benefits these expensive juices claim to offer.

That being said, my sister, who eats a horrible diet, has been using one

of the Acai juices and says it is the only thing that helps her pain

level. She ran out of juice, and the pain came back. Of course, if she

would change her diet, she might be free from pain anyway.

Goji is Lycium barbarum, which is also known as Wolfberry or Matrimony

Vine. I have bought it for years cheaply in Chinese groceries under

the name Lycium or Medlar. Apparently some promoters latched onto it

and jacked up the prices on their websites. Maybe it is worth the

health claims, I don't know. Some people have grown it from the

seeds taken from the dried fruits. It is in the tomato family. I have

a photo of the dried fruits on photobucket.

As I may have previously mentioned, I eat the dried (goji) berries

(about $13 for a month's supply) as " part of my complete breakfast " , as

they say. Very satisfying and appears to be rather nutritionally dense.

So I say, " Good stuff. "

Hi

Again, sorry for the delay response. Still not feeling great.

I appreciate the info. What I meant was where do you buy the coffee enemas?

Thanks

Jaye,

The CC, I buy in bulk from ichinese and make my own capsules. The milk thistle

you can get pretty much anywhere - the good ones come with dandilyon (sp).

You might even consider glutithione as well.

I have noticed a lot of us use

www.vitacost.com

Also, it is worth checking out

www.supplementwarehouse.com

And my other favorite is

www.qncenter.com *

* QN has some of the best, most potent vitamins. Plus they have a nutritionist,

Ted, you can call any time for help. He is wonderful. We have not had the side

effects for toxicity issues at all using their products and I especially like

their B-vitamin (better than B12 alone) and CoQ Quinol. One bottle of each

lasts us close to a year because they are so pure and strong.

We are using supps from prlabs and qra developed by Dr. Bob Marshall. Also medi

clay mud packing and foot baths. These are sold on qncenter.. We take the max

stress b, gallbladder nano and cardiocidin nano with the dhla in cocktail that

we sip that all day long.

She also tests(qra)for Total Mitochondiria and Complete Glutathione from

nutri-west. Her body wants the prlabs bee pollen product too. We have addressed

the liver and brain(maybe a virus not sure) with prlabs products reishi,

maitake, hyssop and soma. She does not need them anymore and these organs test

strong now and the qra trained practioner tells me he thinks she has cleared

some of these viruses weakening her system.

I've noticed mud packing the hands and and a foot soak and whatever organs qra

says are ready helps with detox systems. I like that these mud packs give us

another way to help the body clear toxins seeing as how her body has a hard time

removing metals. Our qra practioner has suggested packing the vaccine sites will

open her energetic and detox pathways more and she will release more of the

toxins/metals to hopefully achieve a higher functioning level after a

readjustment.

Oh, and we think she does not have strong enzyme ability to detox so we are

working on drainage and organ support to help. We are using homeopathics and

terrainmax liver, spleen and gallbladder support. I think these are used for

drainage and support and contain minerals, herbs, and flower essences.

This protocol comes from qra testing developed by Dr. Bob Marshall who makes the

supplements sold on qncenter.com. Dr. Marshall got sick from tainted tryptophan

in the 1970's and healed himself by searching the world for healing systems that

work. He claims his products are very pure. Alot of them are micro-injested by

probiotic strains for availability. I am glad to see someone has heard of the

products. We have been trying this for a couple of months so the jury for me is

still out but as usual I am hopeful.

Hello Barbara,

I run one of the largest alternative cancer web sites and specialize in

presenting conflicts. I did not see any conflicts among your group, but I an

mot familiar with the conflicts of Resveratrol.

To answer you other question, manufacturers always under prescribe their

supplements and in this way protect themselves from customers over dosing.

Generally, you can double the dosage and be closer to the right amount. I

promote muscle testing to determine the number of pills of something you need.

Do you know about muscle testing or dowsing?

I noticed that you are not taking any real alternative cancer treatments only

supplements. Just below my comparison table, I explain how I distinguish

between the two:

http://alternativecancer.us/#Table

You will then understand when a person would want to take treatments as well as

supplements. You can then look at the Comparison table and see which are

treatments and which are supplements.

If you are doing any kind of chemotherapy/radiation etc, you'll want to take

much higher doses of things to try to protect your body and enhance the results.

Try this ebook for lots of info.

http://www.drlam.com/book/CancerBook.pdf

You can get Dr Lam's advice about what to take and the doses with certain

treatments via telephone coaching. It can be a really big help at the beginning.

But his book spells it all out for free.

Also try the PDF files at the bottom of this University of Kansas Medical Center

web page. Many clinical trials of high dose supplements reported here.

I think it depends.. some people/kids can tolerate flax.. some don't.. has

to do with the conversions.

We use EPRO and CLO for the omegas..sometimes black currant seed instead of

EPRO.

I don't believe the inability to tolerate flax has to do with conversion... at

least the conversion I assume you are talking about. Humans are sadly unable to

efficiently convert the flax ALA (alphalinolenic acid) to EPA/DHA ; that applies

to virtually all of us. Fish oil is a better way to get the EPA/DHA if you can

eat fish. Flax oil still has its benefits, just not for those specific Omega

3s. Some studies show as little as 5-10% conversion rate.

Thanks Pam..

So what is it in the flax then that is beneficial? And the inability to

tolerate then would be digestive/allergic I'm assuming then.. learn

something new every day J

The omega fats are still good for you. Ground flax seed also contains lignans

(but not the oil) plus soluble fiber.

speech supplements for us:

Omega 3s (Nordic Naturals ProEFA)

CLO

Thorne Research Methyl Guard (mB12, B6, TMG, P5P)

Olive Leaf Extract

Chelation

I didn't use these all at once. Actually, they are listed in the order I used

them. Sometimes their use overlapped, but typically I was using 1-3 of them at a

time.

Right now, I am using chelation and Methyl Guard. I've got to get the Omega 3s

back on board, but I've been lazy.

Hope that helps. My son's speech consisted of nonsensical words and babbling at

2.10 yrs and today (age 9) he has an above average receptive language with some

lingering expressive problems mostly due to a working memory issue (basically,

he gets jumbled up).

Each of these supps added their own language boost in different ways, but none

of them were a quick fix. All gave results within 48 hours, so I'm confident it

wasn't a coincidence.

Acetyl-L-Carnitine helped my son a lot in many areas, including speech.

You can check Reader's Digest Archives on an article they did about ALC and

ALA in a study at Berkley. They got amazing results with these two in very

old mice. Over time, the mice acted like teen-aged mice. Their hypothesis

is that these two, especially in combination repair cells at the

mitochondrial level. They went on to develop ad market a supplement

containing these two ingredients called Juvenon. It is a very interesting

article.

Hi Pam,

Besides the supplements, do your son go for speech therapy ?

Thanks,

2.10 yrs and today (age 9) he has an above average receptive language with some

lingering expressive problems mostly due to a working memory issue (basically,

he gets jumbled up).

Each of these supps added their own language boost in different ways, but none

of them were a quick fix. All gave results within 48 hours, so I'm confident it

wasn't a coincidence.
