Hi dale i need your help I am still noticing cramping and now some

pressure in my gallbladder i am sure chocolate irritates my

gallbladder.. I am still doin the lemon juice and olive oil thing

but i don't know if have passed any stones... please respond when

Cramping could be from the intestines, which is what I'm assuming you're saying.

This is not likely related to the gallbladder but sure can be related to the

chocolate. The chocolate can also be an irritation to the gallbladder because of

the fats it may contain that are hydrogenated, although that's not true of all

chocolates.

If you really want to know that you've moved out stones it would behoove you to

do a flush after a two or three day fast and use Epsom salts to make sure the

system is evacuated, it also helps with the flush by helping the ducts to be

more elastic.

I would also consider doing castor oil packs for a time to help with relief.

Needless to say avoiding hydrogenated fats and pasteurized foods is going to be

on the top of the list of things to avoid.

Hi , i have been diagnosed with several tiny gallstones last yr, i

have been on the lemon juice and olive oil for over a yr. I am

noticing now that i get prickly pains near my pancreas does anyone

know what this could be please help..... sweetgirl
