I am still doin the lemon juice and olive oil thing but i don't know if have passed any stones... please respond when you can thanks sweetgirl >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Sweetgirl; Cramping could be from the intestines, which is what I'm assuming you're saying. This is not likely related to the gallbladder but sure can be related to the chocolate. The chocolate can also be an irritation to the gallbladder because of the fats it may contain that are hydrogenated, although that's not true of all chocolates. If you really want to know that you've moved out stones it would behoove you to do a flush after a two or three day fast and use Epsom salts to make sure the system is evacuated, it also helps with the flush by helping the ducts to be more elastic. I would also consider doing castor oil packs for a time to help with relief. http://www.curezone.com/cures/castoroil.html Needless to say avoiding hydrogenated fats and pasteurized foods is going to be on the top of the list of things to avoid.
