There was always free availability of clinics of all sorts-so you can pick and choose and so many were in fact charitable...If you felt like it you could pay. Neem is incredible! In India most people used to brush their teeth with its twigs and many women forced a dose of neem paste down the throats of their kids on a regular basis. Even vitamins were so very very cheap in India...And I feel the quality was much better than the so expensive " vitamins " which is all one can get here in Malaysia.
