Hi Ravi, the simplest method I have found is eating light the day of

the flush, nothing at all for about 5 hours before you start.then in 2

hour intervals you take 1 tablespoon of epsom salts.you do this

twice, then 2 hours after the the epsom, you take 1/4 cup fresh virgin

cold pressed olive oil and 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice in 15

minute intervals.you do this 4 times.then go to bed. This has always

got stones out for me.No pain at all for any flush I have done. You

are supposed to take 2 tablespoons of epsom the next day. This I dont

do because I hate the epsom salts.

It sounds like your wife needs to deal with what is causing the

stress. She should get that out of her life if possible. We always need

to find what is causing the symptoms because they are the result of

something that is out of wack with our life.

I was told to have my gall bladder out last June.I didnt. It

would only be as a last resort to cut anything out, emminent death if

I didnt would be the only thing that would cause me to let them cut

it out.Now thru diet and flushes I am feeling real well these days.

There is a lot to learn and you must study and find out what the

good and bad foods are. Also get the life straitened out to eliminate

the stress.stress is very proved to cause many, many health problems.

good luck,Jim
