Guest guest
When newborns have high billirubin, they are often exposed to sunlight or a UV light source. I don't know if this would work with adults. Walter From: tmrsfitz My husband's b-rubin is up to 11.5, his indirect is 5.1 and direct is6.4. How do I get this DOWN? Help! He has colon cancer that went to the liver. His AKF is 907 and SGOT is 525. He is on the flaxseed but I need help now! Thanks for any ideas. Guest guest
One of the best substances I've seen to get Liver lipids back to normal is D-Glucarate http://www.energeticnutrition.com/vitalzym/calcium-d-glucarate.html. When used in combination with Chaga mushroom extract http://www.cababstractsplus.org/google/abstract.asp?AcNo=20053020152, we have seen lipid levels return to normal within a short span. I do not have followup experience from someone who has a cancer that has metastised to the liver though, so results may be slower. Guest guest
Sorry, I probably never should have replied. This is obviously very complicated and a lot more information is needed. There are lots of things that can affect bilirubin tests. See: http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/003479.htm#What%20abnormal%20res\ ults%20mean\\ The only study I found that addressed the question of would sunlight have an effect on bilirubin in adults came up with a negative conclusion: http://linkinghub.elsevier.com/retrieve/pii/S0006322300009057 The test seemed very meager and I would try it in spite of limited documentation. It can't hurt if for no other reason than to supplement vitamin D levels. I'll be more observant in the future. rick hall wrote: One of the best substances I've seen to get Liver lipids back to normal is D-Glucarate http://www.energeticnutrition.com/vitalzym/calcium-d-glucarate.html. Guest guest
I heard Taurine is effective on elevated bilirubin. Sorry, I do not know the details. Have you checked http://cancertutor.com/Cancer/Alkaline.html and a book titled " Out smart your cancer " ? My father has lung cancer and was told by the oncologist two weeks to two months in last September. Since then, he is on Protocel and doing very good. Cesium Chloride sounds very good, too.
