Guest guest
Leonard Hey, thanks for all of those valuable links. The internet is wonderful but sometimes its a bit of information overload isn't it. I am going to save these for sure. I'm doing some of them and I do feel some better. Think part of it was environmental. I'm not the kind of person that should spend four months alone mostly talking to me! LOL I got out in the sun yesterday, tilled my garden, that helped. Went to a horse whisperer demo too Friday, amazing. Horses should never be broken, they should be gentled. Might have located a walking horse in my neighborhood I can ride, that always helps me. Will was right when he said that " the outside of a horse could heal the inside of a man " . Nothing relaxes me like riding a gaited walking horse and the gal down the road has 38 acres to ride on. Thanks! ____________________________________________ On Apr 3, 2011, at 4:26 PM, Leonard wrote: > Snoddy <eashua444@...> wrote: > >I still suffer with depression > > Depression remedies (most of which are also cancer-healing): > > Diet: Eat complex carbs (low-sugar fruits, vegetables), Brazil nuts, > garlic > > vit.
