I would take at least 500mg and would use " superior trans-reservatrol form "

(secondopinionnewsletter.com).

> CURCUMIN

" 1 g/day for week one; if no side effects then,

2 g/day for week…4 g/day for week…8 g/day for week four; for eight weeks (can be

split into three separate doses) "

www.inspire.com/groups/advanced-breast-cancer/discussion/curcumin-dosage-recomme\

ndations

However, if money's an issue, as little as .15g/day is sometimes effective. Also

take turmeric.

>green tea/EGCG

" go for bowel tolerance " (Gammill, 6/23/10); 2-4g

e.pdf)

>CAPSAICIN

Rowen, M.D. (secondopinionnewsletter.com) uses " dried extract [of the

capsaicin] in capsules (40,000 heat units each)...seven capsules three times a

day, but only for three days a week " www.beating-cancer-gently.com/nl107.html

>vit. D3

10,000 IU (also take vit. K2)

>vit. E

400-600 IU of a form of vit. E that contains d-alpha tocopherol succinate &

gamma tocopherol succinate, as well as delta and gamma tocotrienols. For PC, I

would probably just take delta and gamma tocotrienols.

>ZINC

Abram Hoffer, M.D. used 60mg zinc citrate, but that's all I know. You might

check

www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21222361 and

www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21228268

> I3C/DIM

300-400mg

>CDG (calcium d'glucarate)

I've seen 300-6000mg used. If money's not an issue, I'd lean toward the higher

end of the range. Might find info at

www.tldp.com/issue/166/166stop.htm

>MCP

I'd use Fractionated Pectin Powder (FPP) by Thorne.com

don't know what dose

>GLA (gamma linolenic acid)

I heard 240mg black currant oil for brain tumors; don't know about other cancers

>IP-6

5-8g/day total (along w/1-2g of inositol), taken in several doses on empty

stomach between meals (minerals [e.g., zinc] should be taken several hours away

from IP6)
