Guest guest
Howdy Folks ... Regarding Hulda 's liver flush with oil oil, Epsom salts, etc. Seventeen days ago I had my first 'gall bladder attack'; didn't know what it was, & the doc told me it was probably gall stones, and that at some point I'd probably have to have the gall bladder removed; so I started researching & learned about Hulda 's liver flush; I am concerned that dumping in a lot of olive oil might itself trigger a gall bladder attack. Especially in my case right now, my gall bladder has a soreness to it that never goes away, so I think its swollen & inflamed, and I would hate to have a flush that triggered an attack which necessitated the removal of the gall bladder. I want to talk to someone whose done this flush at a time when their gall bladder was inflamed & sore like mine is? I do understand that the Epsom salts or magnesium citrate is supposed to relax & maybe even dilate the gall bladder ducts, making it easier for stones to pass thru. I just need to feel more confident than I do that an olive oil flush won't trigger a traumatic attack that results in surgery. So that's my question: has anyone done the flush WHILE their gall bladder was in pain, or do you know someone who did, and lived to tell about with an intact gallbladder? Also, for 12 days now, I've been taking Planetary Stone Free tablets, 12 daily, which is supposed to dissolve stones, plus I'm also drinking a quart of tea daily that has gravel root, fringe tree bark, Hydrangea root, Marshmallow root, Rose hips, & Boldo leaves in it, which are all supposed to dissolve stones. For 4 days, I've also been doing a parasite kill with 2 different herbal blends for killing parasites. Plus I've been doing a juice fast. So far the only thing that I feel is happening that the gall bladder is still store, so I'm questioning whether the herbs are doing anything? Or does it take the liver flush to really get the desired results? I'm still afraid to do the flush when the gall bladder is so sore, & I keep hoping it will stop so I can do the flush. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you. Diksha diksha1@...
Guest guest
I just did the flush last Friday night, with a gallbladder that has been hurting or tender on and off for over a year. Description is at my web site, a link in my signature lines, and also lots of good information on the many links attached automatically to this email by the group. I use 1/2 Flax Seed Oil and 1/2 Olive Oil as Flax Seed Oil has anti-inflammatory properties. What I was experiencing was a lot of tenderness in my right side, and tightening after every meal across my abdomen just under the rib cage, and lots of other digestive problems. Even the day I did the flush my right side was very tender. After doing the flush, there was not tenderness until the oil properties wore off 2-3 days later, then it was minimal, and now there is none. There's a twinge now and then when I eat something fatty, but the improvement so far is remarkable. I am gradually adding in foods I haven't eaten for a while, and so far doing well. Everyone is different, but this has been my experience. L. [snipped] Diksha diksha1@... >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Diksha; I see you wanted to talk to me. I did the gallbladder flush after some preparation time while my gallbladder was thickened and diseased. I did this because I wanted to keep my gallbladder. It has now been almost four years since the first attack in February of 99 sent me to the hospital. I was told that I had " A " stone and that my gallbladder was diseased and thickened. Seven months later I had another attack that happened during the day time and was the worst of all the attacks I'd had. However, that last attack was not a gallbladder attack it was my liver. I had been too anal about eating fats, including Essential Fatty Acids and this caused my liver to be lacking in the nourishment it needed to function at it's best. My liver enzymes were way up regarding my AST, ALT, and ALK, but my liver and gallbladder looked really good and my gallbladder had no stone(s). I would suggest you consider doing a castor oil pack to start some relief in the area of the gallbladder and liver and see if that doesn't get you some of the relief of which you're seeking. I had for a very long time after learning about my liver and gallbladder's synergetic relationship a very uncomfortable feeling in the area of my liver and gallbladder. Today I simply watch what I eat and find I'm doing quite well with very few times of discomfort from eating too much fats of the hydrogenated or saturated types. There is no guarantee that the liver and gallbladder flush won't trigger an attack but in my case it sure didn't and the excitement of seeing the results I got made it well worth while. This isn't going to be a one time thing because it certainly takes more than one time. But, with each time done one should be happy to see that there are only chaff and maybe small green pieces and not full pea or larger sized stones. This means you've been successful in diet and in flushing. Dale Dale
