Guest guest
Hi Gang, My husband and I have been on the Hallelujah diet for 3 years. This has helped tremendously with many improvements in our health. I believe that it is the animal products which cause your liver to clog up, together with chemicals. For those of you with re-curring stones, I am sure this diet would eliminate this problem. You can check it out at www.hacres.com There are also FREE seminars on the diet. The guy who promotes it, Malkmus, was here in Australia a couple of years ago. We went to his seminar and it was a real eye-opener. had a huge bowel cancer over 26 years ago. When he changed his diet, he was totally healed of the cancer in less than a year. He is a very humble man and I know his heart is to help people get well. He also has a book called " God's Way To Ultimate Health. " this book helped us a lot. I believe my liver is clogged from all the years of eating the wrong things. The diet certainly stopped the attacks, but I believe I had to still do the flush to remove the stones. Hope this helps, Rosemary. ----- Original Message ----- From: copette74 <copette74@...> gallstones Sent: Monday, January 27, 2003 3:36 PM Subject: Food Related Hi--I was wondering what types of foods that everyone are " living " on with these gall stones! Everything I do really hurts me-triggers an attack- or leaves me bloated and aching---just in general--I have pretty much cut out high fat foods, sweets {which is like cutting off my arm WAHHH} and daily products. So any brothers/sisters out there holding any helpful hints on living~ You'd make my day! Best of luck to everyone out there with this headache! Take Care~
Guest guest
've found I have had to completely eliminate red meat and dairy. No eggs! I eat mostly sliced turkey, chicken, no refined sugar or flour products. Hello, Try some grass-fed beef. It's extremely healthy and just as healthy as free-range chicken. It actually has healthy fat in it and is full of omega 3s. Going without healthy fats is dangerous. Dale thought that he would go without fat and ended up in the ER with a liver attack. He'll tell you about it. So he studied Dr. Cabot's diet stuff and has learned the difference between healthy fats, (essential fatty acids) and the unhealthy ones. Avocados are a very healthy fat! Guest guest
I've found I have had to completely eliminate red meat and dairy. No eggs! I eat mostly sliced turkey, chicken, no refined sugar or flour products. The only raw vegetables allowed are lettuce and tomatoes - all else must be cooked. No nuts. No carbohydrates. It's not much fun but pain is a tremendous motivator. I eat a lot of fish and shrimp. Asparagus is good. Since restricting my diet I have had no problems whatsoever and have not ever flushed. I think diet can do wonders! -----Original Message----- From: copette74 <copette74@...> [mailto:copette74@...] Sent: Wednesday, February 19, 2003 12:13 PM gallstones Subject: Food Related I was wondering if there are any tips out there food related?
