What are the natural things that block the estrogen?

Thanks,

Robyn

Hello and welcome to new members Joy and " Alternative 157 " .

and AR have given some good advice. It's really important that you know

the hormone status of your breast cancers and if you're estrogen dominant as I

was. If so, there are some very good natural supplements that block and balance

estrogen ratios, and a whole list of foods that either contain or block

estrogens.

Robyn isoflavones are natural and they  block Estrogen from getting to the

cancer   Isoflavones, especially genistein, lower the effect of the estrogens

by

binding with the estrogen receptors. Isoflavones don't have the negative effect

on cell division. Isoflavones will act as anti-estrogen in a similar way as

Tomoxifen, a drug widely used for the treatment and prevention of breast cancer.

Isoflavones also promote the binding of the hormones estrogen and testosterone

to SHBG (Sex Hormone Binding Globulin) proteins, which are responsible for the

transport of sex hormones in the body. Isoflavones stimulate the production of

SHBG, thereby reducing the concentration of the free hormones, which means that

the proneness to cancer is reduced Ray

Go to Google and type in flax seed vs chia seeds, and you will see that chia has

more Omega 3, and almost all other nutrients than flax. In addition, it does not

have to be kept frozen after grinding, and can in fact stay at room temperature

without going rancid.

I talked to the clinic that does the budwig treatment, I think in Europe, and

asked them why add flax seed to the smoothies instead of chia, and they agreed

that chia could be better. I don't know about chia oil for the mix. I have never

seen it recommended or for sale on the internet, but adding the ground seed to

the mix would seem an improvement.
