Guest guest
Juven, 2000mg fish oil per day, 2000mg hemp seed oil per day stopped my weight loss. Could not put it back on, however, until I started Rick Simpson's hemp oil ... I've gone from a size 6 to a size 8 and fleshed out to what I used to look like ... almost! xxoo PS - I didn't take the Juven for very long after seeing how much sugar it has in it, but if the oils alone don't do it, you gotta stop that wasting. I would highly recommend Rick Simpson's oil, but it is THC based and not everyone is down with that. Sure did wonders for me, though! > > Hi Everyone, > Despite eating a relatively decent amount of calories, my husband continues to lose weight and feeling weaker. Guest guest
, thank you for your suggestion. The 2000 mg. of fish oil is that in capsule form? any particular brand? Same for the Hempseed oil. Is it available in capsules or do you just take it by the spoonful out of the bottle? I use Hemp Oil a lot as a salad dressing or vegetable dressing oil. Re. Rick Simpson's oil, I am not familiar with it. What is THC based and where does one get it? Guest guest
You can ask around on www.phoenixtears.ca ... go to the Forum. There are several people on there who can make it for you, but before you purchase it from anyone there, check with me. There are a few on there I know are reputable, but I figure there are a few who might not be. Honestly, the very best thing to do is to grow your own weed and make your own. Because you never REALLY know what you're getting when someone else does it, especially a stranger. xxoo > > Juven, 2000mg fish oil per day, 2000mg hemp seed oil per day stopped my weight loss. Guest guest
I use Carlson fish oil. And hemp oil is way different from hemp seed oil. Hemp seed oil is made from marijuana but there's a boatload of research on cannabinoids and cancer. Figured it certainly can't hurt to try it. xxoo > > Hi Everyone, > > Despite eating a relatively decent amount of calories, my husband continues to lose weight and feeling weaker. Guest guest
Nili, Sorry to hear this, I know how bad this is, as my father in law died from it, The recommendation is the drug hydrazine sulfate 60 grams a day whey protein, Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), a fatty acid will help him. but how he's going to do this with his appetite shut down I don't know. Nili, please have a look at the link it has a lot of good ideas and a treatment protocol He can also try flor-essence tea and grind up 15 apricot pits with a coffee grinder mix in to a glass of cold milk he will need to take 120 mg of zinc and 1000 mg of the pine apple enzyme. I have seen the protocols in the link work may God go with you both Ray http://www.lef.org/protocols/prtcl-029.shtml From: ngitig1 Hi Everyone, Despite eating a relatively decent amount of calories, my husband continues to lose weight and feeling weaker. Guest guest
thank you for the suggestion of Hydrazine Sulphate we are aware of this drug as a matter of fact he had used it before. The problem is that you cannot use any anti-depressants or anti anxiety medications when using Hydrazine Sulphate and right now he needs the anti depressants more. The thing is that he is eating but the weight is not registering. I give him whey protein shakes a couple of times a day or use it in soups, etc. Again, he is taking in the calories but it is not registering as weight. Guest guest
Melisa, Thank you for all your help. I found a product called Hemp Seed Oil capsules 1000 mg per capsule, at this site. http://www.luckyvitamin.com/showmanufacturer.aspx?Code=71767 & gclid=CLP91deow58CF\ Wpd5Qodhywy3A does this look like what you had in mind? Guest guest
Ray, thank you so much for your suggestions. I have seen that protocol on lef.org but some of the items mentioned do not seem to make much sense to me. For example CLA when you read the description of the product on LEF it says that it helps with weight loss by burning fat. How is that going to help with him gaining weight? Have you had any experience with any of these products? Thanks Nili Re: [ ] CATABOLIC WASTING Nili, Sorry to hear this, I know how bad this is, as my father in law died from it, The recommendation is the drug hydrazine sulfate 60 grams a day whey protein, Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), a fatty acid will help him. but how he's going to do this with his appetite shut down I don't know. Guest guest
Also investigate virgin coconut oil. Apart from energy and nourishment, it is healing and antiparasitic. Rowena
Guest guest
Nili Im sorry, but no I haven't, as I have not had catabolic wasting. I was just told about the link. I have tried flor-essence tea, and I am on the ground up apricot pits, I have 30 with a coffee grinder mix in to a glass of cold milk but a new bachach was a lot stronger so I cut it down to 15. I also take 120 mg of zinc and 1000 mg of the pine apple enzyme. does he have vitamin C, I have heard from others say the protocols in the link work for them. I suppose with what you saying, it may not work for every one, I know from your post and what happened to my father in law. he was literally starving to death. is your husband on the Budwig diet or thought about it as its design to maintain weight and it meant for catabolic wasting. http://www.healingcancernaturally.com/budwig_protocol.html http://www.budwigflax.com/Articles/Dr%20Budwig.htm Ray From: Nili Gitig Ray, thank you so much for your suggestions. Guest guest
Nili There is a yogic diet for gaining weight, not necessarily catabolic weight loss but would probably work. Just eat steamed beets and cottage cheese for a week. I suppose you could even add flax oil for more of a Budwig effect. Beets are a good veggie for anti cancer. Guest guest
For the Rick Simpson hemp oil, there are instructions on how to make it yourself, although it takes a pound of good quality hemp with a high THC content (Indica is recommended). Go to youtube and search for " Rick Simpson run from the cure " . It is the 4th of 7 in the series that gives directions on how to make it. I have not tried this myself. good luck! Guest guest
Yup, that's the hemp seed oil. But it's not the same as the hemp oil. Wasn't sure which thing you were asking about. Please do let me know if Lucky Vitamin has it in stock, because I'm having trouble finding hemp seed oil these days. xxoo > > Melisa, > Thank you for all your help. Guest guest
, Do you have any idea if taking this Hempseed Oil in addition to Flaxseed oil can be harmful in any way? Or is there no such thing as too much good oil? Thanks Nili From: melizzard11 Yup, that's the hemp seed oil. But it's not the same as the hemp oil. Wasn't sure which thing you were asking about. Guest guest
I'm using it as part of my protocol right now. Will let you know how it goes for me ... get labs drawn in a few weeks. But even if it doesn't kill this cancer, it DID make me put on weight and that is HUGE! xxoo - Patti >
