Guest guest
List Members, Lately some members have sent just the word " Thanks " which I didn't post to the group. If we begin posting " Thanks, " every other message would be just that or " Thanks, I'll try it. " A " Thank you " note can be sent privately. Most who contribute here don't expect a " Thank you, " it's assumed or understood. Some people include the words 'thanks' or 'thank you' in a message that goes on to offer further relevant information and that's perfectly OK. It's just that we don't want to post a very short message that has only one or a few words that thank the other member. PLEASE FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES WHEN POSTING A MESSAGE: - Be courteous, refrain from personal judgment and arguments - In replying to a post, trim the original message, delete all irrelevant lines; for a new topic, change the subject line to reflect the new topic - Avoid off-topic subjects and Avoid soliciting - Avoid sending short messages that say only " Thanks " or " Thanks, I'll try that. " Thanks is assumed. - Limit posts to 6 per day Moderator, CancerCured
