I would suggest reading up on Coral Calcium which has magnesium in it

naturally.

Also...VERY IMPORTANT.....buy some of that PH tape and spit on it first

thing in the morning and find out what your

PH is(roughly).

You should do this, REGARDLESS, just to know what your bodies PH is...it's

good to know! People who are sickly, etc tend to have an " acid " PH where as

people who are healthy and have low cholesterol levels are " alkaline " in PH.

It makes for very interesting study.

My wife is extremely low in PH compared to me and so she started to increase

the dose of coral calcium. Two weeks later, her PH is looking better. I

can honestly say we do feel better waking up in the morning...not as sore

and feel more rested.

And, I am a natural born junk food eater, and my " goody attacks " have almost

gone away...which was something they claimed....but something I was not

worried about...sort of a side benefit! You have to really watch the type

of coral calcium you buy, however. Some of it is fossilized coral where

much of the magnesium has be washed away. You can tell the good product

based on the magnesium content.

In some of the studies I have read or heard about most all Americans are

Calcium poor.....and we have the highest rates

of certain cancers, etc. It's in the diet! You ARE what you eat!

At 20:27 02/03/03 +0000, Suzanne stated:

Can you please expand on this thesis.

95 percent of all sick people, or of gallstone sufferers, or cancer

patients, or who?

Wouldn't taking a magnesium supplement (they are very

inexpensive) be a better idea? It certainly would taste better,

and be a lot easier?

Hi Cluadia: Salts are not the way. Why not take magnesium vitamins?

or over reacting take your pick. Wheres common sense come into all this? My body

tells me imediately of somethings good or bad going into it. I listen hard to

it! Works for me.

I use my Nature's Sunshine supplement....also it is in my

Calcium & Magnesium supplement as it should be.

When you take calcium, you should also be taking

magnesium, 1/2 number of mg of magnesium to

calcium...ie if taking 250 mg calcium, should be

taking 125 mg. magnesium with it. You will notice

that most Calcium and Magnesium supplements are

combined that way, if done correctly...some also

include Vitamin D as it aids assimilation of Calcium,

too.
