Guest guest
is is coming out on its own? if it is, you are lucky, and i think it will stop what you need to do is keep yourself strong while you are going through it lots of water, any sort of food that will keep your bowels moving well, maybe some fiber, or clay or bread to soak up the toxins as they are moving through you i'll bet that you're going to feel great once it stops. i've had sludge before but only in a flush, never on its own. i'm jealous try to follow your natural instincts for foods while you're going through it
Guest guest
I have never had this happen...do you feel that it is something more than just loose stools? Do you have any pain other than the duodenal pain? I would suggest that perhaps you take some slippery elm to help absorb toxins and soothe your digestive system. You can get it in capsule or powder form, if it is powder form, shake it into water as it will not stir well..take what is suggested on bottle. I would also take some probiotic, like Acidophilus, to help put good bacteria back into intestinal system. You can also drink Aloe Vera Juice, a contact healer for pain you may be feeling in duodenal area..drink lots of pure water and take good vitamin and mineral supplement to restor what may be lost during this time. Consider whether or not you still may have some kind of obstruction in the liver or ducts...is there pain anywhere? Tenderness when you press just below the breastbone? Low grade fever indicates infection somewhere, maybe some echinacea/ golden seal will help act as natural antibiotic. I am not sure what the root cause is, but think these things will help until you find out. L.
