Guest guest
Kathy, I'll try to respond, sorry you didn't hear from anyone. You will feel releived right after the flush, and maybe it will last, but if your liver is congested with stones, they will begin to move down and replace the ones flushed, or you may have a few left in the GB. You'll know in a couple weeks...I usually flush only if my body tells me I need to. And not more than once a month personally, but that's me, I know opinions vary, but so do our bodies. Two weeks is a good time to wait, I wouldn't do another sooner. Yes, Flax Seed Oil has anti- inflammatory properties and is a plant-based oil with Omega 3's so good for circulatory system. A good replacement for those who are strict vegetarians and avoid fish oil...personally I use a supplement that contains both flax seed and cod liver oil. A healthy diet and good vitamin and mineral (minerals esp. important) will replace what is lost by flushing. Hope this helps a little, L. Guest guest
I get that one from Puritan Pride, and keep the bottles in the freezer until I use them. I guess there are chances of mercury, but am hoping not much, I eat tuna, too, they say not to more often than a couple times a week. No, I don't worry about that too much :-) L. Guest guest
Hi , thanks for writing. The supplement you take (flax and cod liver oil), what brand name is it and are you concerned about getting mercury from fish thru fish oil. I read somewhere that fish oil is likely to contain mercury.....even though the fish oil itself is a good thing. I'm not vegetarian, but I only eat red meat 4 or 5 times a year, not ground beef, but a steak or roast beef. It's cheese that is hard on me. Thanks, Kathy
