Guest guest
Hi everyone. I often read all your great posts. I have never posted before, but I really need some help. My wife has been fighting cancer for the last 3 years. She has Lymphoma and it started with a bump on her brain stem. From there it just kept spreading. The front of the brain, leg, lungs, heart, etc… Recently (about 3 weeks ago) the doctors performed a big operation to remove the tumors from her brain, and brain stem. As well as removing both her ovaries and part of her bowels. The doctors said he was sure he got all the cancer and she just needed to rest and let her body heal. Well on the morning of December 31st the doctor had some tests done and he found that the bumps are returning to the brain stem. This is the second time the doctors thought the cancer was beat and it ends up returning within a very short time. What can my wife do to stop the cancer from returning? What is going wrong? My guess is that her immune system is too weak to fight it off. I'm sure the stress and depression isn't helping either. She has been very down about having to spend so much time in the hospital (she couldn't have any visitors on Christmas or New Years), as well as now not being able to have her own children. Thank you, Andre
