You don't use much of it daily. I only used mine a couple of times. I too have a big wart on the palm of my right hand. I need to start back on this if it will take this away. Guest guest Posted January 6, 2008 Report Share Posted January 6, 2008 Application of virgin coconut oil can remove warts. I don't know about plantars. You can also ingest virgin coconut oil. VDO is anti microbial, anti fungal and anti bacterial. When I make my soaps and i use virgin coconut oil, my hand gets soaked while working and the next day, the tiny dot of wart i have on my palm comes off.
