HELLO, I had food allergy testing done out of desperation to find out what was wrong with me, and they just said I showed allergy to milk so i dont know what exactly it is about the milk... I put a bit in tea each day and I am ok, just cant drink alot of it.... I THINK I am ok with yogurt, I too thought about the milk in it but as far as I can tell it does not mess me up too bad..... I use almond milk or oat milk (the vanilla flavored ones) I did not like the rice milk and soy of course is not the best for you and also can cause gas problems, I did not like the taste of soy anyway. Yes good all natural sherberts are good instead of icecream too.... I miss real icecream alot too but I dont miss the distress it causes my system! I do worry about getting enough calcium though. I am afraid it is not working fast enough. I need help. Could you give me exact detail of everything you did? It is very expensive, for one thing, and maybe Budwig needs a few more weeks to kick in. Robyn has now had PolyMVA and a Mexican clinic thrown at her. You need professioonal help. I do not perosnally know ´s clinic in Mexico but it seems to me there are enough people here who know about him and his procedures.. I also think there are other places that can help in Mexico , but at this point in time I trully believe you have to take many meassures at the same time that unless guided and directed by someone else, will be to much for you to handle on your own. I work at a place in Sapin where people who choose to combine both therapies, ( orthodox medcine and alternative methods)come, or people who only choose to do alternative methods as I did, come, but to try and solve all this on your own is an added stress that will give you a load a lot heavier than any food or drinks you might be missusing. Have you contacted Gammil? There are so many options of treatments... but your mind isn´t capable of being an observer and a patient at the same time in a moment when time is so important! Get yourself a good help team and then when you stabilize your condition you can use this group as a very effective tool for information..for supplements and for diet advices, and even for recipies... But which protocol is best to follow in a given condiction is something I do not believe any ordinary person having survived cancer or having seen someone survive it, is capable of determining.. You need a PRO who knows about many cases like yours and which are the best chances you have in each one! Thta is my humble opinion. I do not wish to ad more stressful imformation, but I believe that to recognise when we really need to find the right help , to solve a major problem is one of the main teachings of this illness..
