I have done 300 colonic irrigations of my colon in 24 months. I lay on

a banquet table in my bathroom. There is a 5 quart water tank on the

wall with an automatic fill valve on it. the water coming into the

tank is 103 degrees. A plastic speculum is used to flow the water into

the colon and there is a discharge hose attached to the speculum. The

entire proceedure usually lasts about 45 minutes and uses about 15

gallons of water.

I bubble ozone into the colonic water tank on the wall. The tank is

mounted 30 inches above the table so it is only capable of developing

a maximum of about 1.25 psi into the colon so that there is no chance

of damaging the colon. I control the fill and release cycles with the

two hoses. It is a very relaxed proceedure and I always feel wonderful

and refreshed after each cleansing.

In the beginning I did one every day but now I am down to 3-5 times a

week as I feel it is necessary. I take red cape aloes to stimulate the

bowel to release and they work great.

After I had done about 100 cleanses I did a very effective 15 hour

liver cleanse and got tons of congealed green bile out of my liver so

I know I could not have possibly been getting good digestion.

I am very careful about daily mineral and vitamin replacement, plus

probiotics to replace what I am removing out of the colon. I feel

great and the cancer seems to be completely stalled out and maybe even

gone.

I don't know because I have not been back for an endoscopy for a year.

I just know that Doctors gave me six months to live and I have been

alive 24 months so far.

My health and strength is good and I am starting to do organic

gardening this year in ernest.
