You are right. Papaya has many uses.  In Australia and other parts of Asia, the

use of fresh papaya leaves ( if possible, if not then dried will do) as well as

green mature papaya.  The whole green fruit is washed and the skin thinly taken

and added to the leaves and are boiled in one liter of water and then simmered

until reduced to half.  Strain well using muslin cloth. This is then taken at

250 ml throughout the day, as much as you can.  This can be refrigerated up to

three-four days.  Stan Sheldon who was healed with double lung cancer said that

he also took  blackstrap molasses as taught by aborigines. He got rid of his

cancer just using this protocol.  The ripe papaya is used for digestive aids,

vitamins, etc.  Google Stan Sheldon + papaya cure and you will find his story

there.
