How to stay healthy working nights?

I have a brother-in-law that has worked nights for a year and a half now and we

are beginning to see his health decline. He drinks way too much Red Bull and

I'm wondering if he is starting to show signs of adrenal exhaustion.

His symptoms are: dizziness, blackouts, then a weird chemical smell after

blackout, chest tightness & pain, footing off balance and fatigue.

If he starts any supplements when would be the best time for him to take them

since he works nights?

Any advise would be appreciated.
