Hi Jim,

You seem to be on the right track. Your GB will be a little tender

for a while due to your massive attack. Take it easy until your GB

has recuperated. Did you try taking lecithin capsules? Also, a

glass of warm water with the juice of 1/2 a lemon is supposed to help

disolve gallstones. Look into the bookmarks regarding dietary advice

for GB.

Good luck with your health,

Suzanne

Yes Jim

That's a good sign. Be patient with the flushes. They are not an

overnight cure and are part of the learning process to get back to

health. You're showing progress!!

I am so hopeful for you Jim. I tried Coptis and Curcuma for my

attacks at the end and it did nothing. Seems like you are headed in

the right direction if you can keep at it. Have you heard of EFT? It

is actually a technique to help with emotional issues and some

physical. There are some who believe there are heavy duty emotions

involved with the gallbladder. The classic one is planning ahead. I

was doing my best to deal with emotional issues, but if I had had

this tool, I think it would have helped immensely. I am using it now

with some success although I am a beginner. I am planning on using it

with a lot of emotional issues that I have. Hope it helps. See

PS, the info on this website is free including the 80 page manual.
