Well its been 11 days since massive GB attack that sent me to ER.I

made it about 8 days and made the mistake of eating a whole can

of " canned " vegetable soup.I had a small attack that I stopped with

coptis & curcuma. That has worked best for me.I did find Ezekiel bread

and have tried a little of that & so far it seems ok-I am spreading

flax oil on that toasted-its prety good.for about 5 days I have had

flu like symtoms, mostly just coughing up flem & mucas. So I stopped

the many GB & liver herbs along with the 4 garlic cloves I was adding

to my Carrot juice, sticking more with the juiced beet & flax oil

along with olive oil, fresh fruit.I just read another good source who

states that 2 table spoons of virgin cold pressed olive oil wil

dissolve stones.So I am making sure I take 2 of those a day.The

attacks leave me a little sore. This worries me a little as I dont

want to abuse the GB to the point I have no choice but removal.I hope

it is not too late to save it.I am trying to avoid a lot of wheat as

this seems to bother me.The input from this site has helped a real

lot and is appreciated.I thank all your good hearts.I have also been

doing castor oil packs, this seems to help the bile flow.I have a

ultra sound scheduled Wednesday and I am anxious to know if the

flushes will show any difference in the amount of gall stones,I know

from my first one I had them but I didnt look to see the size or

amount as I didnt know much about this back then.I plan a flush

Monday nite ,it is my fourth, all have yeilded up to 50 stones each so

far.hoping for a lot more this time.No pain for a couple of days so I

feel prety good right now.ill keep you posted on what happens,Jim
