DMSO and turmeric effects on subcutaneous tumor

I'm wondering if anyone here has any experience using DMSO and turmeric on a

subcutaneous tumor. Would a perhaps slight increase in size and a painful

response like a slight ache or burning sensation indicate a good response in the

way it was affecting the tumor as in removing it or a bad response as in

encouraging the tumor in some way?

I read some good research involving Turmeric AKA curcumin but would have to

search for the source, but there are lots of articles about it in google. Would

taking the DMSO turmeric extract internally instead of applying it to the skin

be a better treatment? How does one interpret a painful reaction to an

irritant?
