Guest guest
Can anyone help me either (1) find internet references that state that gallstones are often undetectable via ultrasound or (2) site their own experiences with this? I have a very clear ultrasound yet plenty of pain in the gallstone area. The doc I am consulting with insists the gallstones cannot be viewed since they consist of cholesterol which is often clear. Makes sense but I have yet to see this anywhere.
