Guest guest
The Weston Price Foundation has court proceedings on raw milk vs pasteurized milk. It will take a bit of digging to find and the testimonies of experts are quite long. However if one is seeking the truth, it is worth the digging and the read. It is very one sided. A strong case can be for the merits of a quality milk. There are thousands of things in our culture that contribute to compromising our health. We make choices. Some things that are unhealthy we use sparingly or not at all. Some of those things, such as milk, do have their uses. Cheese can be very useful in searching for variety in our meals. A peanut butter sandwich demands milk. I know of Africans who live long healthy lives on nothing but toasted wild barley and goat's milk. I am not about to go to Africa and demand that they put an end to this nonsense. What do you say to people who have successfully recovered from serious health problems and milk or whey was a very intentional part of their regimen? Some of the greatest geniuses and inventors lived for years on nothing but milk: Edison, Oliver Heaviside, Nikola Tesla, and they all lived to a ripe old age. We could speculate all day as to whether there is a relationship. My point is that this is not as settled an issue as many would like to think.
