But you do have to keep an eye on them as they can lead to breast cancer.

I have read all your posts and I appreciate all of you for help.

I will do what you suggested for my mom. I want to tell you that I am

participating in dozens of groups but your group is the best. Very

informative, intelligent and generous to share their knowledge.

I love you all and wish you great health.

Probably Fibro adenoma is wrong word for diagnosis bc my mom live in

other country and it is called mastopatia there. I didn't find other

similar condition on-line. Probably Fibrostic Cyst would be more right

to say in her case. But the bottom line that it is not good for her to

have an operation. She started to talk about that bc one doc said that

but others are not agreed. Before that she didn't worry too much but

it seems she is tired from visiting docs and thinking about lumps over

and over again. She said: How long I will go there? Probably operation

will end all troubles. I hope she will change her mind.

If your mom has a fibrocystic breast condition, I would suggest the

best thing to do would be to embark on a hormone balancing program.

Usually this condition is related to a hormone imbalance. eg stay away

from dairy, soy-although fermented soy is supposed to be very good, as

are Vitex, Dong Quai, etc also. Find a doctor or naturopath who

specializes in balancing hormones naturally without the use of drugs.

Try looking up Dr Carolyn Dean for one, she has written a lot about

this and I think is available for phone consult but I have no idea

what the charges would be.

Definitely do not use black salve. I would try very hard to dissuade

your mom from getting surgery. Fibrocystic breasts are not a condition

that need surgery and as you can read below do not of themselves

predispose a person to breast cancer.

Best of health to you and your mom. KC
