Guest guest
She had another 'session " in the sun today-she really enjoys it and she herself went back into the house when enough was enough-my courtyard is getting cleaned up as a consequence of this and I too am getting sunshine that I require ( I have been battling depression for years!). Thanks for giving me courage!!!Sending big hugs to Apollo ( lovely name ) As for vaccines, the last batch she had I tried to protest as she never gets to meet other dogs and is always only with us in the house, car, etc. But the vet insisted and I could do nothing. Soon after that she got a bad attack of fleas, aural hematoma, and now this... The lady doctor who had saved her life when she was a pup also concurred that rabies shots are pointless in most cases of home kept pets etc... What to do -some people are so paranoid. I have terror about neighbours because when I started surfing the net to find out what she had, I came across a blog entry from this region (malaysia) where some " kindly " passers-by forced an old woman to take her dog which had a large tumour to the vet. If it is India ( my country) I feel strong enough to do anything I think is right but not in another land. Sometimes I feel people have put so much blind faith in mainstream now that it is like the olden days faith in witch doctors. " cheryl " <cheri607@...> wrote: Ummm who cares about the neighbors. Just tell them it is a bad sore that is healing. Apollo has hair loss after his last rabies (grrr don't start me on vaccs) will it be permanent? Who knows. Right now DH is out of work so things went from bad to worse so I can't run a thyroid panel to see if that is it. I just tell people he has a skin condition. He is not overly bothered by it. Not bad itching or anything. I think a half a hour should be good. Apollo has black fur also. Cheri
