Guest guest
Do a search on kidney stones and magnesium. It is my understanding that taking magnesium will prevent kidney stones. dawn > Just getting over kidney stone attack and would like to know what to > look for as far as what the stones look like and how to prevent from > getting anymore in the future. > I am not sure this is the right group or not as it seems more on > gallbladder than kidney stones but gave it a shot just in case > rthomps

Whatever the mg. are of calcium are in a cal/mag supplement, there should be at least 1/2 that amount of magnesium. ie if 250 mg. of calcium, there should be 125 mg. of magnesium. L.
