Do a search on kidney stones and magnesium. It is my understanding

that taking magnesium will prevent kidney stones. dawn

Magnesium is helpful for this as it keeps calcium soluable

so that it does not form deposits/stones. Whatever the

mg. are of calcium are in a cal/mag supplement, there should

be at least 1/2 that amount of magnesium. ie if 250 mg. of

calcium, there should be 125 mg. of magnesium.
