Guest guest
Sheetal: Just one other thing, make sure your coffee is organic. All of Leonard's suggestions are perfect. What he described is the procedure I follow, 1 pint held for 10 minutes then the next pint for 10 minutes. Just put in one pint, mark the bag and then put the other pint in, then you have the guide on the bag to show where the first pint ends and the second starts (hope that is not too confusing). I use a french press to make the coffee and use only reverse osmosis water. The coffee should be warm, not hot and not cold. I have to make sure I do the night time coffee enema before 7:00pm as it will disturb my sleep. Do you have enema bags and nozzles? It took me some time to figure out how high to place the bag as well. Sometimes it comes through too fast which means you may need to keep the bag lower to the floor or if too slow raise it higher so it flows faster. My enema bag does have a switch on it to help with the flow as well. Good luck, Lois From: sheetallgupta Date: Tue, 22 Feb 2011 My father who has advanced pancreatic cancer goes through detox every few days on the Budwig protocol when he gets symptoms like diarrhea, hemorrhoids, increased abdominal/back pain. We are planning on doing coffee enemas to help him detox in those days. I had a few questions about it - 1. Can enemas be given if the physical strength of the person is low? 2. I read frequently that enemas cause loss of electrolytes and must be replaced by increased juicing. Is this true and which vegetable juices must be increased? 3. Any other things to keep in mind while doing coffee enemas? Thanks much, Sheetal
Guest guest
Thank you very much Joe, Lois and Leonard for your answers in helping my father. There is another symptom which I forgot to mention in my original question. He occasionally has hemorrhoids along with diarrhea. I am not 100% sure if enemas would be okay in this situation. If they aren't what alternatives do we have for dealing with pain? Guest guest
I read the article about coffee enema. My question is the TH 2 stimulant. From: laurvick@... The veins of the anus are very close to the surface of the tissue. The caffeine is therefore absorbed more quickly (and in a higher concentration) than it is in when coffee is drunk. Additionally, coffee has a chemical makeup that is stimulative. The enzymes in coffee, known as palmitates, help the liver carry away the toxins in bile acid. The coffee is absorbed into the hemorrhoidal vein (in the anus), and then it is taken up to the liver by the portal vein. " You could also skim back thru the archives (using, perhaps, " coffee enema " in the search engine) to see what Bee has said recently about it. Bee should be back online in the morning and could answer your question better than I. To your health! , began 03/09/
Guest guest
> > does anyone of you have an idea what I could or should do? +++Dear , Please have patience when waiting for a reply to your messages. I usually reply to all messages 7 days a week within 24 hours that my moderators cannot handle and leave for me. However my dear Mother is 89 years old and had a bad episode Friday and is still in the hospital. Yesterday I had to stop replying to messages since I was getting calls from my family, etc. All the best, Bee

However the medical industry claims a lot of things that are totally false in order to make more money, so they write information about the body that suits their purposes. It is very common for unhealthy people to have low thyroid because of how the body operates when it is unhealthy. As wrote, coffee enemas do not stimulate the thyroid at all, not like drinking it does, since it goes through a different route in the body so read the article carefully so you understand. Any reactions you get are because they help your body detoxify itself and detoxification creates reactions because that is how the body works. The reason you have low thyroid is because your adrenals are fatigued. First the adrenals become fatigued and then the thyroid senses it so it automatically lowers production of thyroid hormones that the adrenals cannot handle in order to protect the adrenals. This program helps all organ throughout the body, including the adrenals and thyroid, so that's why many members of this group report their adrenals and thyroid normalized - search these Success Stories for thyroid, adrenals and hashimoto: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/success/index.php Are you taking medications or hormones for your adrenals or thyroid? If you are, I need to advise you on how to lower doses so that when they normalize on this program you aren't on them any longer.
