Guest guest
Hello melly, I think that is probably in the form of myo-inositol and it's not necessary to take extra mag and cal. It's the inositol hexaphosphate that chelates the minerals. Guest guest
Thanks Mike, that is wonderful news. I do not have to give him calcium and magnesium then. He is reluctant to take them because his Radiologist-cum-alternative doc said not to take any supplements and herbs aside from what he gave. But i do make him drink moringa tea with yellow ginger, and regular ginger and honey as well as green tea. I also make him take papaya leaf and papaya green fruit rind as tea.
