It seems 's statement below is easy to understand because he is admitting

that Bicarb is cheap and, regardless, he doesn't favor it though he is strongly

in favor of 'cheap' treatments that would, " wrest control of the treatment of

serious diseases from the authorities " .

is often telling people to look for the less costly, that work of

course, compared to running out and spending money on something expensive

unnecessarily. I know this for fact and personally.

Here is what was said, exactly and it shouldn't be confusing anyone:
