Regarding cholesterol I thought this site was perhaps one of the better of all

that I've come accross to explain the reason for various levels of cholesterol

and its relationship to disease. The writer of this uses dishwater as an example

of what takes place in the blood stream, which makes for an easier understanding

of what is happening with the blood and having a fat mixed in with it.
